We support clients through every stage of a later-life move. From onboarding estate agents, helping understand contracts, sales viewings, liaising with estate agents & solicitors, managing the conveyancing tasks, decluttering & organising belongings, all the way through to your ongoing property search and finding you the right home. We can coordinate removals, source storage, manage utility transfers and liaise with family members and professional advisers, we aim to make the experience as calm and straightforward as possible, with orientation guidance for a smooth transition into a new environment. • Help with costs

  Attendance Allowance helps with extra costs if you have a disability or health condition severe enough that you need someone to help look after you.

  You could receive money to help with personal support if both of the following apply:

  • you have a physical disability, a mental disability, or a health condition
  • you’re State Pension age or older

  It does not cover mobility needs. You could get extra Pension Credit, Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction if you get Attendance Allowance. You do not have to have someone caring for you in order to claim.
